getting started.

Meet Marissa

I’m a writer at heart, a marketer by profession and an ideas girl by nature. Give me one thought and I’ll probably turn it into five more, picture the whole thing in my head and run with it. So, ending up in a career where I get to create for a living feels pretty fitting.

I graduated from Bentley University in 2023 with a degree in Marketing and have since worked with brands like The TJX Companies and SharkNinja. Today, I’m an SEO content writer at CVS Health, where I create content for the Wellness Zone blog and other consumer-facing digital channels. I’m also back in school working toward my MBA at UMass Isenberg School of Management.

Outside of work, I’m usually coaching at the pool, training for my next race or finding my next favorite spot to eat around Boston. I’m also into photography and journaling, and I’d love to write a book someday.

Oh, and I can’t forget my brother’s dog, Loki! He’s the star of his Instagram (@lotsoflokii), and I love documenting all his adventures.
